Applying Tire Shine Dressing to Your Boat, Car, Truck or RV
Hey, guys. Brian here with Limelight Detailing in Meridian, Idaho. Today I’m just going to show you a quick demonstration of what we do to protect our tires and the type of product that we use to apply to the tires. What I like to use is a spray-on product. It’s a silicone-based product. Sometimes we’ll use an oil base. I really like to avoid aerosol and foam products. I just don’t think that they last as long. The way that we do this is I just spray it on my applicator pad here. As you can see, the tire is pretty dirty. The rims also aren’t done yet. If you see like the whole dirty tire, we’ll just kind of do half of it so you can see the difference. So really, you just spray it on the pad. Just really take your time to buff it into the tire. One thing that people don’t really know about this gloss on the tire, not only does it really look good, but it actually keeps your tires from cracking and fading over time, so it really gives you a little bit of longevity with your tires. All right, so there’s a before and after you can kind of see. Looks really nice, but it also keeps your rubber protected for a long time.
