Hey guys, Brian here with Limelight Detailing in Meridian, Idaho, here to just share with you a little bit about our Mini Detail Package. This package is really designed for anybody that wants to look at sprucing up the outside of their vehicle as well as getting the entire inside detailed completely.

So maybe you just got back from a camping trip or it’s been a while since you’ve had the inside cleaned up and maybe you got a bunch of bugs on your windshield or on the mirrors. We can get those off for you.

So what we do is on the inside, it’s going to be a complete interior detail. That starts off by vacuuming the entire inside, so we’re going to make sure we get all of those hard to reach areas, underneath your floor mats, your glove box, the center console, the trunk space, all those places that are hard to get vacuumed, we’ll go ahead and take care of that for you. The next thing that we do is we’re going to shoot the entire vehicle with compressed air. And so what this does is continues to get all that debris out of those hard to reach areas as well as your ventilation system, which is an area that we focus on pretty heavily. So we’ll make sure that we shoot compressed air down into there and shoot out all of the kind of debris, and it also helps with eliminating odors out of the inside of the vehicle.

The next thing that we do to complete the sanitation process is we shoot the entire vehicle with steam. So all of your upholstery, your dashboard, all those crevices, cup holders, those areas that are hard to reach, we steam clean and sanitize the entire interior to make sure that any kind of bacteria and germs are taken care of and properly sanitized. The next thing that we do is we steam clean and shampoo all of your upholstery, so the upholstery such as your floor mats, the carpet, all of your seats, and other areas, we’ll get shampooed and cleaned properly.

And then the very last step is that we put a UV protectant on the entire interior. So all of your dashboard, your door panels, any hard plastic or vinyl surface would get a UV protectant on it.
What this does is it protects your vehicle from cracking and fading. So in Southern Idaho with the temperatures ranging anywhere from zero degrees to a hundred degrees, those plastics and vinyl surfaces really have a hard time keeping up and withholding over time. So the UV protectant is really there to keep the colors lasting, keep everything nice and shiny and glossy, and to keep things from cracking and fading.

And then to finish it off, we do take the time to wash the outside of the vehicle. We’re going to pressure wash the entire outside to make sure that any kind of bugs, debris, dirt is going to get taken care of and washed properly. We dry the entire vehicle, and then with the tires we would put a gloss on those and that protects your vehicle’s tires from cracking and fading. When your vehicle goes through, once again, harsh road conditions and weather temperatures changing from hot to cold, your tires can actually see the effects of that, and so we put a nice protectant on there to keep those tires in good shape and lasting for a long time.
