Moving Away From Paint Oxidation Removal Services
Hey Brian here with Limelight Detailing. Today, I just wanted to share with you a little bit about our wash and wax, and oxidation removal service. Moving into 2021, we’re starting to move away from removing oxidation off of RVs. It’s very difficult to remove paint oxidation, at least, severe oxidation.
Fiberglass RV’s Are In Luck! | Paint Oxidation Removal
It might be a little difficult to see in this lighting, but I just wanted to give you an idea. You can look at my hand and see the oxidation that’s on this unit. This particular RV is probably 25, 26 years old. And so, if you have an RV that has a severe oxidation such as this, it’s no longer a service that we offer. We want to communicate that to all of our customers. We’re really focusing more on single wax applications. So, RVs that have the fiberglass are in really good shape. It’s not going to take any kind of extra effort to remove the oxidation.
Paint Oxidation Services We Do & Do Not Offer
Give us a call today if you have any questions, we’d love to share that with you. If you have mild oxidation or maybe your gel coat looks a little faded, we can apply a wax over that, and it looks really good. If it’s severely faded such as this older one that really needs the removal done, that’s something that we’re no longer offering. So, please give us a call if you have any questions. We’d love to answer those for you. Reach out to us at (208) 391-3455.
