Hey guys, Brian here, with Limelight Detailing in Meridian, Idaho, and today, I want to talk to you about the exterior product that we use in our Limelight package, as well as the same product that we use on boats and RVs.
We often get asked here at Limelight, “What are the products that we’re using and putting on your vehicle?”
We have chosen to use “Chemical Guys” as our main line of products that we use. They’re a wonderful product line. We use those on our interior and exterior detailing services, as well as on all of our boats and RVs. And what I have here is “Chemical Guys Jet Seal”. And this is the primary sealant that we use on all of our boats and RVs, as well as our vehicles when we’re doing our Limelight package.
How long does Chemical Guys Jet Seal last?
So this is the highest level of sealant that we apply to your paint. This stuff lasts between six and 12 months, depending on how clean you keep your vehicle, and whether you run your car through an auto-wash or not. If you’re someone that’s washing your vehicle by hand, or if you have a vehicle that’s stored in your garage, primarily, you don’t keep it outside, if it’s properly parked inside, it can last up to 12 months. It’s a wonderful product.
Why do we use Chemical Guys Jet Seal?
this is a synthetic sealant. This is not a wax. There’s a big difference between the two. You can check out some of our other videos, where I explain what the main difference is between a sealant and a wax. But this is a 100% synthetic sealant. So, this is gonna bond to your paint really well, and provide the most durable amount of protection as possible.
When to get Chemical Guys Jet Seal?
If you’re looking to give your paint the best protection going into summer, or going into winter, this is the stuff to put on your paint. You can have this put on by selecting our Limelight package. Or, if you have a boat or RV, this is what we’re gonna put on there.
